Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from SavvyNest & Co. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Returns

• You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care or hygiene products once opened
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

Faulty or Defective Items

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with the CPA

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
